The work I do with clients is really eclectic, but there's a common theme: change. I don't get hired to stand there and admire what you've built. I'm hired to lead, guide, organise, mentor, and re-structure.

Where do I work? With every department in your organisation. Through experience and exposure in domains like finance, telecoms, media, and energy, I've come to understand how organisations function, enough to ensure every team is heard, understood, and integrated into any transformation work. I'm especially at home with technology-focused teams: software engineering, operations, data, product, cybersecurity, and data science.

The second major theme you will see is making work visible. Jira and the wider Atlassian platform have become my critical tools for bringing order, predictability, and structure to how programmes and even whole organisations do their work. Don't let this panic you - I can make these tools do amazing things, for the whole organisation, not just your technology or engineering teams.
